Anson was a Cantonese Opera performer specializing in the elderly male role with the famous Guangzhou Cantonese Opera Troupe. He was a graduate of the 1997 class of the Guangdong Opera School in Guangzhou, China. His many performing roles included Kong Ming and Liu Bei in “Romance of Three Kingdoms” and Song Jiang in “Water Margin”. In 1999, Anson migrated to USA and participated in many performances for charitable organizations and received many recognitions.
